4. As a means of communication that educational institutions need to establish good, profitable relationships with the public

PUBLIC RELATIONS (HUMAS) TASKS:

1. Implement a planned reciprocal communication between Universitas Trisakti and the public
2. Improving a smooth flow of information and public accessibility as well as monitoring print/electronic media to know how the public reacts to Universitas Trisakti.
3. Execute recovery and crisis management protocols if there is an incident involving the University
4. Building a positive image and positive reputation.
