The Faculty of Industrial Technology (FTI) Universitas Trisakti is again partnering with the industrial world. For now, FTI Universitas Trisakti collaborates with PT Stainless Steel Primavalve Majubersama (SVPMB), a leading manufacturer and distributor of stainless steel equipment based in Tangerang. This collaboration aims to strengthen the capabilities and excellence of existing study programs at FTI Universitas Trisakti and to support the development of the national industry.

The inauguration of this collaboration was held on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at the Main Meeting Room, FTI Universitas Trisakti. This historical moment was marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) by the Dean of FTI Universitas Trisakti, Prof. Dr. Ir. Rianti Dewi Sulamet-Ariobimo, ST, M.Eng, IPM, and HRGA Manager PT SVPMB, Sarjoko, SP, MM. This agreement has an important role in improving the competitiveness of FTI Universitas Trisakti and preparing the students for the challenges of the industrial world that are more complex.

The collaboration between FTI Universitas Trisakti and PT SVPMB have some main aspect. First, this partnership will facilitate the recruitment of FTI Usakti graduates by PT SVPMB, helping accelerate the transition of graduates into the world of work with promising opportunities. Second, FTI Usakti students will have the opportunity to undertake an industrial internship at PT SVPMB, which will provide them with valuable practical insight into day-to-day industrial operations.

Apart from that, this collaboration will also enable the implementation of training and research and improve the industry that focuses on stainless steel production technology. With the first MoA implementation, FTI Universitas Trisakti and PT SVPMB will immediately hold public lectures and networking. This is the first step that marks their joint commitment to maximize this collaboration potential and produce graduates who are ready to compete in the industrial world.
