Universitas Trisakti held a Working Meeting regarding the 2024 Annual Budget Work Plan (RKAT). Taking place in Bogor on October, 21-22 2023, this working meeting was the first time in the last 15 years. The work meeting participants are the University Board of Management, the Faculty, the Study Program, the Institution Directors, the Head of the Bureau, and the Head of the Technical Services Unit as well as the Trisakti Foundation represented by the Secretary and Treasurer of the Foundation.

RKAT is one part of a series of activities that started on September 11 2023 and as a preparation for implementing activities for 2024. According to the head of the 2024 Raker implementation team, Richy Wijaya W., S.E., M.M., C.R.A.. C.R.P., the entire committee got a direction from Deputy Rector IV, Prof. Dr. Drg. Tri Erri Astoeti, M.Kes to make a series of activities.

“After forming the team, we were given direction regarding the budget because this time the budget was made based on the calendar year, no longer based on the academic calendar. Every budget has an impact, it is made to achieve Key Performance Indicators (IKU) and must be accountable,” said Richy Wijaya.

Richy also added, that there were many issues discussed in this RKAT including 12 strategic targets and how Universitas Trisakti could succeed in reaching the World and Asia University Rankings. After that, each Faculty and Commission carry out presentations to achieve Key Performance Indicators (IKU) by producing a grand program from each commission.

“So what can we do to achieve the 12 strategic targets plus the World and Asia University Ranking, including how to meet the Government’s target to achieve IKU,” added Richy.

The Trisakti Foundation also attend the RKAT 2024 with their representative, Secretary, DR. H.M. Dimyati, and Treasurer Lukman Effendi SE, MM. They appreciate all the presentations given. Richy said that the Trisakti Foundation saw there was a synergy between all units and faculties at Universitas Trisakti so in the future, whatever program was proposed could be achieved. Furthermore, the draft of RKAT will be discussed by the Trisakti Foundation internally.

After the Working Meeting, there is a Capacity Building activity on the second day. This activity has the purpose of increasing the cohesiveness and closeness of the Trisakti academic community. With this activity, it is hoped that the entire Universitas Trisakti academic community can develop towards becoming a world university.
