Universitas Trisakti’s Public Relations, along with the Web, Data Science, and Social Media Team of the Universitas Trisakti Task Force, organized the event “Website and Social Media Content Uploading Training” on Monday, December 11, 2023. The training took place at the Auditorium of the Hery Hartanto Building, 8th Floor, Campus A Universitas Trisakti. Over 50 participants from various Units and Faculties within Universitas Trisakti attended the training. The objective of the training was to provide a deep understanding of the Web Content Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at Universitas Trisakti, enhance the contributors’ skills in composing, managing, and publishing web content, and promote the values and identity of the university reflected in every produced content.

The training was opened by the Head of Public Relations, Dr. drg. Dewi Priandini, Sp.PM., followed by a speech from the Vice Rector IV, Prof. Dr. drg. Tri Erri Astoeti, M.Kes. In his address, Prof. Dr. drg. Tri Erri Astoeti, M.Kes. expressed gratitude to the representatives from each Unit and Faculty for participating in the training. Prof. Dr. drg. Tri Erri Astoeti, M.Kes. also acknowledged the website contributors present as the most crucial part of the University, representing the face of each Faculty, Program, or Unit they represent. Prof. Erry hoped that after the training, contributors could apply the knowledge gained and even pass it on to those unable to attend this time.

The event then proceeded to the main session, where training materials were presented by three speakers: Anung B. Ariwibowo, S.Kom, M.Kom, Ridho Anggiat Dame. S.Kom, M.s.M, and M. Ichsan Gunawan, S.Kom. The training continued until the afternoon, and participants appeared enthusiastic about each training module provided by the speakers. During the training, participants were also invited to ask questions and practice the materials covered.

The event concluded with a discussion session and feedback from participants to the speakers regarding the website. It is hoped that with this training, every contributor will better understand the procedures for uploading content, which will serve as a source of information for the community.
