The Parliament of the Faculty of Arts and Design at Universitas Trisakti organized an External Comparative Study with the Senate of the Faculty of Arts at Institut Kesenian Jakarta, with the theme “Brainstorming for a Better Future, One Coffee at a Time.” The event took place on Saturday, December 2, 2023, at the Gallery of Building N, Campus A, Universitas Trisakti.

Present at the event were Vice Dean I of the Faculty of Arts at Institut Kesenian Jakarta, Ehwan Kurniawan, M.Sn, students from the Faculty of Arts at Institut Kesenian Jakarta, Dean of the Faculty of  Arts and Design at Universitas Trisakti, Dr. Sangayu Ketut Laksemi Nilotama, M.Ds, Vice Dean III of the Faculty of Arts and Design at Universitas Trisakti, Susy Irma Adisurya, S.Sn, M.Ds, Assistant to the Vice Dean III of the Faculty of Arts and Design at Universitas Trisakti, R.A. Heryani Wahyuningrum, S.Sn, M.Sn, and students from the Faculty of Arts and Design Universitas Trisakti.

The event proceeded with a speech by Vice Dean I of the Faculty of Arts Institut Kesenian Jakarta, Ehwan Kurniawan, M.Sn, followed by a speech by Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Design Universitas Trisakti, Dr. Sangayu Ketut Laksemi Nilotama, M.Ds, who conveyed that this comparative study is influential for the Faculty of Arts and Design. It provides an opportunity to exchange ideas in the fields of arts and design, with the hope of future collaboration with the Faculty of Arts at Institut Kesenian Jakarta.

May this comparative study strengthen the ties between universities in Indonesia and foster the development of more creative graduates in their respective fields.
